What is Rainmeter?

Why Should I Customize My Desktop?

I write articles for my blog (Yes, this blog!) and make videos for my YouTube Channel called Viral Hattrix. Doing this I sit on the same chair for hours. If you are like me, you probably see that same old desktop every time! I noticed that my energy and motivation to work became less. I felt lazy and my desktop kept filling up. I felt kinda bored, probably because I was seeing same old desktop, and it bored me. That's when I decided to give my Desktop a New Look. And Believe me, that has increased my motivation and improved my workflow. So I think you could try a New Look on your Desktop and see if It helps you too!

Does Rainmeter Slow Down My PC?

A lot of people have been asking me how Rainmeter impacts the performance of your computer. Well, in my experience, i don't think its much of a deal. Rainmeter and Nexus Dock have a combined resource usage of about 2-3% CPU Usage and only 5-9mb of RAM Usage! So If you have a good computer with 3GB or more of RAM and 256MB of Graphics Memory, you are all set to go! Even if you think its causing any performance loss, you can just close rainmeter from the Taskbar icon, and continue with your work or gaming to get the best performance!
